My daughter rang 1hundred and 58 times one morning to try try and make an appointment for her 13 month old son. Something really needs to be done regarding the answering of your phones. We have been with this surgery over 40 years it is getting worse to make an appointment. The receptionist asks why you need to see a doctor. What has happened to the confidanuality between doctor and patients
