It is a shame that all but one of the reception staff have been replaced in the last couple of years. Individually, I have found certain of them very helpful, but overall. standards are not as good as they used to be. I would like to see a few seats in the waiting areas more suited to those patients who need softer, higher, wider seats, even if that is on a temporary basis, perhaps after surgery. I have sometimes found there to be no tissue in the patient's toilet, which perhaps good be better monitored. On my last visit, I also found the toilet seat to be broken. Again, not something one should have cope with when post-op, or challenged in some other way........Better housekeeping please!
