I got an appointment straight away to see my GP although I would have been more than happy to see another doctor at this surgery. The reception staff were very friendly and addressed me by my first name which would have relaxed me If I had felt nervous. The doctor as usual was friendly and in my case reassured me that my problem was nothing to worry about, he explained what it was and the cause.
I can't praise this surgery highly enough!
