I have had many problems trying to get a telephone call let alone a face to face appointment. The receptionist are very unhelpful I understand it is a telephone triage but i have had to wait several days before.
I rang up on a Thursday afternoon for an urgent phone call, i was then told no phone calls let to ring back tomorrow (Friday) so I did, I rang just before 9:30 after struggling to get through until then and was told all telephone calls were booked and i would have to wait until next week, i then explained it was urgent. The receptionist was very rude and still didn't want to give me a telephone call. i then received a call at 6:25 after waiting all day for an URGENT call, i had rung up several times during the day chasing the call as i knew i would need to be seen which i had explained to the receptionist.by that time it was too late and i spent the night in hospital. Not the care I wish for.
