• doctors blamed illnesses on anxiety without having the full results from tests back, turns out they were wrong!
• don't send off referals, thought was sent off. Week and a half later and they didn't know what referal I was on about!
• messed up a family members tablets, and they ended up very unwell.
• don't inform patients of what's going on with their treatment.
• messed up another diabetic family members prescription, leading to a longer wait.
• sent for a blood test I couldn't have as it was past the time for the bloods to be sent off.
• stupid telephone consultations meaning even if I have obvious symptoms that need to be looked at I cannot come in. The phone calls distrupt work and i cannot answer them.
• I could go on and on and on.
