I went into Reception feeling very unwell only to be told I had to go home and wait for a phone call in a 2 hour slot. When the phone call finally arrived I was told to come in as soon as possible. Now I realise there are probably quite a lot of people who come in with minor ailments, but the attitude of the Receptionist staff was far from helpful.
