The reception desk staff are rude and unhelpful and don't treat you with respect, and they turn you away if you ask for help or an appointment, saying "you can't talk to us - you have to phone up." But they don't ever answer the phone. It is impossible to get through by phone even if you sit there for 5 hours. There's no callback facility. It's in the Stone Age. They've also turned off the E-consult feature on the practice website. They've turned off online appointments. They've turned off the LIBI app. There's no email to contact them with. They've turned everything off! Newquay Health Centre has made itself completely uncontactable. It needs investigating by the proper authorities and regulators! It's impossible to book an appointment, speak to a doctor or sort out repeat prescriptions. Impossible.

Suggested improvements
Make it possible to contact the practice, book an appointment and see a doctor! Treat patients with respect and civility.
