my last visit was for a blood test. I used the log in panel instead of bothering the receptionists. This told me where I had to go. I was only waiting a few minutes before the nurse called me in. She was very pleasant as are all of your nurses etc.
I was soon dealt with & was on my way.
As always a good experience.
