The telephone consultation system is very difficult when you are at work, as its not always possible to take the call,or to speak privately.
If patients were given an actual appointment time for the call it would help with these issues,although I would still struggle to find a private space where I wasn't overheard,but could at least have a chance of making sure I was free in order to take the call.
