Decent place with good customer care. Long opening times on weekdays and the staff is great.
Very helpful and kind doctors at St Paul's. Everything run very efficiently. Can usually get an appointment same day if promptly on telephone 8.30 a.m. Otherwise not so easy, but telephone consultation available and they will make space for an ill child. I have always had referrals for any worrying symptoms and am totally involved in my care. Wouldn't want to be at any other surgery.
It took a long time to get through to the surgery to get an appointment to be told that all the appointments were taken and that I would have to call back the next day. In the end, I was offered to have a Dr call me to discuss my symptoms. At the end of the discussion, I was told that I needed to come in for an appointment to get a proper diagnosis! If only it was that easy.
However, the Dr was kind, compassionate and attentive when I saw her. I was happy with the care I received.
I am lucky enough not to need to visit the Dr that often but every time I need to make an appointment it is a struggle. I would suggest that the way appointments are made be reviewed by this surgery.
All the doctors are friendly, helpful and sympathetic. Sometimes not so easy to get an appointment for the same day but a telephone consultation is always offered and appointments can be made via the internet. Large clean reception area.
The surgery has evening and Saturday morning appointments which suit me very well as a full time employed person. I find booking an appointment is very straight forward using the online booking and the wait time for an evening appointment is reasonable. Some times appointments run a little late but I appreciate this is not always avoidable. I find all the doctors I have dealt with very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I feel very lucky to be registered at this practice when I hear of the difficulties people have at other practices. Thank you.
