The Dr I saw was very helpful. It was Dr Harinet. I was advised by Para medics to get an emergency appointment and person I spoke to Carol did her best to stop me. Mrs Barbara Ann Spicer the receptionist was lovely.

It’s the best practice I’ve ever had. most of the secretary’s go out of there way to help you especially jasmine she has done so much to help me in bad situations she is very caring polite & considerate.. more of them could be like her she’s an asset to your surgery. the only bad point I can say is it’s so hard to get an appointment when you really need one.. as I’m disabled it’s a lot of hastle having to ring a nurse to see her then hope she will give you an appointment to see the doctor apart from that your an amazing practice
