Jaime is absolutely brilliant at taking blood. Usually we require several attempts and even the hospital can't do it but she gets it first time! We think she's amazing and it really takes the sorry out of our visit!

I saw Rebecca Iverson today. She made me feel totally at ease and I was able to talk to her about my problem. She spoke to me clearly and I understood everything she said. She was very thorough with her tests and what would happen next. I appreciate how comfortable she made me feel. Thank you.
