Needed an urgent epipen prescription for a child which then could not be filled by our chosen pharmacy. Receptionist Dawn and GP Dr. Rienecke were extremely helpful with prompt action to ensure we could obtain this elsewhere. Excellent, prompt and courteous service and a well deserved shout out!
