Consistently takes 10+ minutes to get through to a member of staff on the phone, on more than one occasion it has been 20+ minutes. Generally a poor phone manner from staff when they eventually answer.
We were kept waiting 35 minutes after our appointment time- with a poorly child, and no explanation.
