Impossible to get an appointment - average wait is a month. Some of the receptionist are great and some are patronising and awful - IF they are not engaged (usually I spend 10-15mins using redial) I wait with dread that I am going to be made to feel worse for having the audacity to be ill and actually trying to see my doctor. MOST of the doctors are brilliant - the ONLY reason I haven't changed surgeries but honestly I may need to as it is to the point that I have had to go to a+e on two occasions while waiting for an appointment/referral
