I would not recommend this surgery to a friend as it already has more patients than they can accommodate in a timely manner.
The extremely long wait for a routine appointment to see any GP is so frustrating and a simple condition can escalate to a complicated one in the waiting period. Is 3 to 4 weeks wait to see a GP unreasonable? If so, then perhaps the practice manager or a practice GP could tell us what they are doing to reduce this time.
