I had hoped when you moved things would improve. But NO its still a joke It takes hours to get through on the phone...and then you can't get an appointment. If you get in your car and go to the surgery...you still can't get an appointment. I have had a raised pink mark on my lip for 5 weeks now and am concerned its a basal cell carcinoma. Yet still I was not offered an appointment. Told to call at 8am...which I itself is an impossible task. It takes hours to get through and as doctors aren't the only ones who have to work, this isn't possible. Something serious is going to happen one day because of the total ineffective way this practise is run. My cousin died from skin cancer, so let's hope my not getting a doctors appointment doesn't lead to the same.

Once we actually get to see a doctor they are lovely. Getting to see one though...there's more chance of winning the lottery. Your receptionist are rude and unhelpfull.
