Over 3 and half’s hours trying to get an appointment with a nurse to redress my wound from surgery. Still on hold. They’re call back system does not work on iPhone. Then they text you to really put the boot in. To tell you … that you didn’t reconnect to the queue. How crazy. 10 attempts. Nothing. Can we fine them for such a stupid system. Or can we claim compensation. They say they’re busy. But with who. If none of us can get through.

Suggested improvements
Better telephone system. Call back that actually works. Remove big business from patient care. Because Let me know… who has experienced much of it since modality took over.After all … spending all day after being in surgery trying to book a wound recheck for a weeks time. Knowing they’ll tell me. There is no one can do it.
