The service provided is second to none , most of the receptionist have a happy smiling face, the nurses are great and very efficient. My doctor is dr aggarwal who is an excellent doctor but above all she listened to you and that to me is everything . Sometimes just the thought of the service I receive from the practice make me feel better. Thank you.

Having never been ill in my life before, I have found all the staff have been more than helpful in getting me the right care needed. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment face to face or by phone. I have been treated with the utmost care, kindness and sensitivity; especially when I have a wobble and a tearful moment. I can't recommend this practice more highly. Please carry on as you are as I see nothing that you can improve on. This is anonymous, but I am happy to put my name to it. Claire Prach

I have used this surgery for many years and all the doctors and nurses are highly professional as well as caring. I always feel as though I am listened to carefully and I have complete trust that the most appropriate course of action will be offered. Despite changes to the management of the practice I think the system of doctor first works very well and have always been able to speak to someone about my concern. Thanks to everyone who contributes to the smooth running of the medical centre.

The fact that the GP calls you back and decides whether you need an appointment or not is a marvellous idea and saves unnecessary journeys to the surgery. This also means that the GP seems to be more available than they ever used to be. The online ordering of repeat prescriptions and the electronic pick-up service from my local chemist is another superb service which saves so much time and works so efficiently every single time. Since relocating Springfield Medical Centre has acquired a lovely new car-park which was seriously lacking at the last surgery and of course several other nhs facilities in the same building. All-in-all a fab surgery.

I am able to book a telephone appointment on line. Dr. Burke rings on time and makes the appropriate appointments for a consultation. All the staff are helpful and supportive and the doctors are second to none in their diagnosis and treatment. I can't think of any way they could improve to give greater care.
