I phoned the surgery about my doctor's note and I was told to pick it up mid morning next day. I went about 10:30 am just to be told it's ready just not signed by doctor and was asked if I can come back after lunch I did and was told it is still not ready and they will give me phone call later. Keep in mind I need this note from today and I basically gave them 24 hours to solve it and i am 25 weeks pregnant with back pain and can only get there by walking so this is a massive pain and inconvinience

Having ordered a repeat prescription for my brother (as I always do), called in on Saturday morning to collect it only to be told that they are locked away on a Saturday and cannot be collected. Due to work commitments I could not collect on Friday which means that he has to go the weekend without his medication. I can not find anything on your website that tells this rule about collecting prescriptions. Don't understand why when the surgery is open. I would like to also add the care and support my brother has received from the doctor and staff has been fantastic and we have never had any problems before.
