I'm really impressed with this surgery (I've been with for life) in that you can still call and book appointments, unlike at other surgeries. The service and customer care is excellent. Today my doctor was, as always really helpful and took the time to listen and discuss. (I hope this surgery maintains these high standards).

I have been with this Practice since it evolved from Upperby Road, Dr Baldwin who then took on Dr Horobin and then they joined with Dr Stephenson in Spencer street. Since then it had evolved into what it is today an excellent surgery and the 'outpost' at Blackwell Road is very handy. The only improvement I can think of is a lift. Why oh why have if you have to see the chest nurse you have to climb a steep flight of stairs.... and then four more? At least Blackwell Road is flat! Otherwise in almost 57 years I haven't had to complain about anything. Well done.
