Convenient appointment. Choice of methods to check in. Clean, airy, modern. Receptionist - I used the screen to check in, but she was helpful with. Doctor on time talked to me as an adult. Asked thoughts on what symptoms were. I was involved. I would recommend this surgery. I have been a long standing patient. Thank -you.

I'm still waiting for the telephone call from the GP which I was told would be at 11am it's now 17:18 and no phone call. I can hardly stand today and am in pain but I'm used to bring left in pain with no pain killers. This sugery has helped criminalise my trauma and I've had the zero tollerance letter dispite never using any abusive language or shown aggression to any staff here. I feel some members of staffs attitude towards myself based I feel I'm the way i look, my socioeconomic status and the fact I've been through more traumatic experiences and situations than most can believe. I feel some staff have delibrately caused a distressed state in myself to give an excuse to refuse treatment for hard to diagnose condiction/conditions.Being told that I can "take the GP call on the bus" is I feel inappropriate. Whilst I understand that this is a very busy practice I do feel this is unacceptably. It's attitudes like this that contribute massively to my new terror of medics. However there is one very good doctor in this practice which is why I stay. I would be very wary of this practice if you've any pasthistory of contact with MH services and/or you've had traumatic life experiences. However the doctor has just phoned and offered to see me at the end of sugery. It's hard to tell if it's receptionists who are not medically trained or some doctors here. I'd advise corsion if you have MH and unexplained symptoms.
