Appointments are very rarely available. I was told a doctor would call me as a priority as my medication needs changing. This never happened. I tried again the next day and couldn’t even get through on the phone.

Suggested improvements
Hire more staff to answer calls. They also need To employ a female doctor as my wife has problems which she feels embarrassed discussing with a male GP
