Hello;
I had an appointment today (23.05.2018) at 15:25 with Dr. Whiter in Southern House Surgery for my blood results. After I spoke with Dr. Whiter, I asked him to have a copy of my results to compare them with my older results. He said if I go to reception desk the lady’s going to print it for me, I thanked him and went to the reception desk but the lady wanted 35p to print a paper. Then I asked her if it’s possible to send an email then she went inside to ask about it to someone, when she came back she said no and I took 5£ note from my wallet and she said they don’t have any change and I have to give the exact amount of 35p for the copy so I couldn’t get a copy of my results...
