Today I saw Dr fearn-smith again. Like previous visits to this doctor he was abrupt and rude. I have visited before as I suffer from chronic pain. Yet again I have left without any form of exam, any offer of diagnostic to see why I am in such pain and once again drugs chucked at me. The doctor was rude and made me feel humiliated and that I was wasting his time. I have seen various doctors in this practice now and none of them understand fibromyalgia. Every doctor has a different opinion on what it is and how it is treated and even individual doctors opinions change from consult to consult. This practice needs to do some CPD on how to treat this disease and what it is as well as some bloody empathy lessons. I shall not return to this joke of a practice

Hello; I had an appointment today (23.05.2018) at 15:25 with Dr. Whiter in Southern House Surgery for my blood results. After I spoke with Dr. Whiter, I asked him to have a copy of my results to compare them with my older results. He said if I go to reception desk the lady’s going to print it for me, I thanked him and went to the reception desk but the lady wanted 35p to print a paper. Then I asked her if it’s possible to send an email then she went inside to ask about it to someone, when she came back she said no and I took 5£ note from my wallet and she said they don’t have any change and I have to give the exact amount of 35p for the copy so I couldn’t get a copy of my results... I think you should be more helpful to your patients, many thanks! Dzhaner Selvi
