Even though specialist described cetirizine for my son to be taken daily for his allergies the doctor didn't follow this and prescribed something else . Called the surgery a few times to rectify this - they admitted this was a mistake and now more than 2 weeks later still no prescription . I saw the motto for the surgery "committed to providing you with the best possible care" - surely the surgery wants to do better ? It is virtually impossible to get hold of anyone at the surgery and they still have that rude receptionist working there who can not bother to spell or could spell people'a surname.

Response from Southborough Lane Surgery

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for any trouble you have experienced over the prescribing of your son's medication. I do hope this has been rectified now. Our reception team generally get very good feedback from patients so I am surprised at your comments. I am sure you will understand that it is difficult for me to address this unless I have the name of the specific receptionist involved so, if you would like to discuss this further, then please do give me a call and I will be very happy to speak with you.
