I would just like to say how helpful, friendly (and truly lovely!) your receptionist Kathy is. She always manages to squeeze us in somehow (against all the odds) with several emergencies with a poorly baby (who Dr Collins handled brilliantly, too) and she even got an after work HUB appointment for my husband when he desperately needed to be seen that day. Thanks and keep up the brilliant work smiles :-)
