Fantastic doctors. Really feel like they do take interest in you and your condition and always very helpful. Lots of patients on books means that sometimes it can be tricky to get through on the phone to get appointment and I think it would help if always there were 2 receptionists in 2 windows open to deal with people's queries. Parking can be an issue during school run hours but hopefully when they move to new premises it won't be an issue any more. Doctors are the best GPs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in England and this beats every other criteria in my opinion.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback. Our reception team endeavour to deal with queries as quickly as possible. I agree, we do have very busy telephone lines and are currently encouraging patients to sign up for patient access via our new website at southboroughlanesurgery.co.uk. Once you are fully signed up, this enables patients to book appointments online therefore alleviating the need for patients to trouble themselves with calling the surgery. Have you signed up for our Electronic Prescribing Service? This is another service that alleviates the need to visit the surgery to order or collect prescriptions. Please do take a look at our new website. We have spent a lot of time trying to get it just right for our patients and we are very proud of it. It has lots of information that could be helpful for you in the future. Once again, thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We really appreciate it.
