I had a problem with My throat and was worried. I had 2 visits to the surgery, I first saw Dr Long, and a week later after a short discussion on the phone at very short notice I was seen by Dr Patel. I found everyone at the surgery very helpful in particular Dr Patel who took the time to put my mind at rest. Thankyou! Top marks to everyone! One very small thing and the reason for marking you down on one item was because the surgery phone line was engaged for a long time. Thanks again!

Many thanks for your kind feedback. I shall ensure that your comments are passed to our team. Apologies for the wait time on the telephone. We are an extremely busy surgery and do handle many calls through the day. However, we have had a few teething problems with our telephone system since our move and these are currently being looked at by the telephone company. Having said that, there will always be peak times for patients telephoning in, for example first thing in the morning, and generally it will take longer for your call to be answered but do we respond as quickly as humanly possible.
