I got through to the surgery this afternoon & I needed some advice. I feel what I needed to discuss was of a sensitive nature. I was on hold & a bit nervous. A lovely receptionist answered my call, she listened to me & made me feel at ease. She explained that she would send the doctor and message & for me to call back around 6:30pm this evening. To make me feel better she gave me her name (Gaynore) & said to ask for her directly so I did not have to go through everything again. I called back & Gaynore she had received a message back confirming what could be done, she then sent a message back to confirm this was okay. I was going to call the surgery back in the morning to see if I could come in to get what I needed. I received a call back this evening & she had confirmed everything was sorted. Gaynore has really helped me today & I am very grateful for this. I did not ask for or expect a call back so this was really helpful. Thank you so much for all your help today I just wanted to let you know some of us do appreciate what you do.
