During this week I have had to make a few calls to the surgery regarding my care, I have left numerous messages with Kath (receptionist) to pass onto Dr Long, each time my messages have been relayed to Dr Long through email and in return when I return a call to Kath the response from Dr Long has always been ready for me. I have always found Dr Long to be very clear with any diagnosis and will always give a choice of care if available, we can then discuss and agree the best way forward for my treatment.
