Can I just say that Kathy, one of the receptionists, is probably the most helpful drs receptionist I ever speak to. She is always so helpful and nothing ever seems too much trouble. I hope someone reads this at the practice because she is always so kind - if only receptionists everywhere were more ‘Kathy’.
