I called the surgery yesterday afternoon after unfortunately forgetting an appt. After being on hold for a while I was lucky enough to speak to Kathy on reception. She could not have done more or been more helpful.
After speaking to Kathy, Dr Qureahi called me. He was, as usual, extremely understanding and dealt with my issue in friendly and efficient way. He is a fantastic gp..
