For the first time, I used the "Contact your doctors online" option for a non-urgent medical problem yesterday morning. After filling out the questionnaire, it was stated that I was looking at getting someone back to me within 48hrs. As symptoms got worse, I was pondering if I should make an appointment for that same afternoon (waiting for the 3pm+ slots to open up) and was thrilled when a doctor called in the early afternoon. I then had a brief conversation to confirm the course of treatment and picked up medication shortly after. I already had my first couple of pills and feel much-improved 24hrs after filling in the form online. Many thanks!
