The surgery is so much better now it is at Southborough Lane and it is easier to get an appointment. I just want to say how nice it is to see Dr. Weehed, he really listen and makes you feel comfortable. However getting a blood test has changed, your web site says they can be done at the surgery and at the PRUH. (Can you have a blood test done at the surgery, if so I was not aware of it) I went to the PRUH on Friday and there Phlebotomy clinic has closed and you have to go to Orpington/Beckenham hospital or make an appointment at various GP surgeries. Southborough Lane is not one of the surgeries listed. This is not a complaint but would be helpful to other patients and save them going up to the PRUH(particularly for those less able) if the web site reflected the changes.

Response from Southborough Lane Surgery

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I will pass on your comments to Dr Waheed. You can book a phlebotomy appointment here at the surgery but appointments are limited as it says on our website. You can also book (via this surgery) to have blood taken at other phlebotomy clinics being run by The Bromley GP Alliance in the borough and this is also mentioned on our website. You are correct that we need to amend the fact that the PRUH no longer offers a walk in service and I will endeavour to get this changed. Thank you for leaving this valuable feedback.
