Went to the doctors and needed a blood test. Seemed like I would have to wait weeks from discussions with the receptionists. But a young man named HARRY passed by heard my plight and did it 15 minutes later! What a kind helpful chap he was. Thank you.

Just for your information, there are local phlebotomy clinics running via the Bromley GP Alliance now that the PRUH phlebotomy clinic has closed and it is relatively easy to get a quick appointment.
