Kathy the receptionist was fantastic, very calm and attentive. There was a problem with a prescription and listened carefully to what I was saying and used her initiative and common sense to get it sorted. This also involved the practice nurse called Beatrice who was also fantastic. A big thank you to you both and keep smiling.
They are the forefront of the Southborough Lane surgery and I don't think they are given credit for the pressure they work under.

Many thanks for taking time to leave this feedback which will be much appreciated I am sure and I shall be sure to pass this on to Kathy and Beatrice. They make up part of a team that we are very proud of doing difficult jobs under challenging circumstances. We recognise our team as a whole and the significant part each person plays in that team. It is true that, particularly receptionists, are not given the credit they deserve and are often tarred with the 'dragon' image which is really unfair. It's so wonderful when patients do recognise the important role they play and even better when they voice it. All credit to Beatrice as well. She is a great asset to the team.
