The receptionist are very helpful once you get through but there can be a long wait on the phone due to a high volume of calls.
I find the internet service very good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We have a great reception team who often go the extra mile to help patients. We are aware that it is sometimes difficult to get through on the phones but sadly there is no quick fix for this, so we would absolutely encourage patients to use the online service which in turn decreases the amount of calls coming through the surgery.
