I phoned up for an emergency appointment and spoke to Cathy on reception who even though there were no appointments available worked very hard and made it possible for me to see a doctor so Cathy thank you so much
Unfortunately I think it's ridiculous that it is nearly impossible to get an appointment to see ones GP and that the pressures on the receptionists are very unfair
The decision to move several surgeries has made getting to see ones GP even worse than before and is also now a bus or car ride away which is frankly ridiculous especially when in reality you're journey will made when your feeling so ill that your seeking a doctors assistance !!!!!!!!!
