My son has been ill for a while and we have been at the Surgery many times but the last two appointments with Dr. Qureshi was good as he listened to my concerns and gave my son a blood test to check and make sure nothing more serious was making him ill. On the day of the blood test we had an appointment and the Doctor advised me to call on Friday to find out the result of the blood test. On the Wednesday evening I received a call from Kathy at the surgery and she said that Dr. Qureshi had said we should book a routine appointment for two weeks time. I was relieved as I knew the issue was not too serious and by receiving the call it put my mind at rest as I would have worried by Friday about the blood test. Thank you Dr. Qureshi and Kathy.

Many thanks for your feedback. It's always a worrying time when there are unresolved health issues and, as much as possible, we strive to maintain continuity of care for our patients. Communication is always key and I am so glad that one phone call stopped you worrying for any length of time.
