The problem is getting passed the rude receptionists not all of them are like and some have excellent people skills, but you cannot get appointment at all even to see the duty doctor very frustrating

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies if you were unable to get an appointment that suited you. We are an extremely busy surgery constantly trying to improve the service to our patients. We offer a substantial number of appointments on the day which are allocated on a first come first served basis and we also have some availability at the GP Alliance Hub on the same basis.. Our routine appointments are usually 2 weeks for any doctor but may be longer if a particular doctor is requested . The duty doctor is also available for urgent problems and deals with a number of urgent cases including urgent visits as they arise every day. Our receptionists are here to help as much as they can and we are sorry if you weren't happy with the service provided this time. Response left by Sally Gaites/Senior Practice Administrator
