It is sometimes difficult to make appointment for same day.you have to phone very early,8-8 15 and make many attempts to get through to the reception before all appointments are gone. However on arrival at surgery the reception is friendly and helpful. My doctor there is always very helpfull and understanding,I feel very comfortable discussing my problems and she always seems concerned for my welfare
