I like the fact that i can call and arrange an appointment on the day I need to see the doctor. On the majority of the times that I dont see the same doctoe but I am very pleased that all the doctors I see are very experienced.

Need easier system to make appointments for some days. Internet acess to make an appointent to order medicines not working, as we have been waiting at least 5-6 months for it to be completed. GP's usually very helpful once you get to see them. Explain well and very courtious and friendly

I think the time spent on the phone trying to get an appointment is appaling, sometimes Iwas on the phone in excess of 30 mins trying to get through for an appointment at 8am. I will be glad if this can be improved
