dreadful - called five times to try and get an appointment each time kept on hold for over 20 minutes
how is anyone meant to get an appointment??????

Never in my life have I had an ignorant rudeiest doctor in my life my daughter needed to be seen she had red spots on her tounge he didn't even check sat they said viral whilst signing other patients prescriptions I just stood like ok need to sort this out it's a child

Absolutely disgrace of a doctors surgery. After waiting 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor (the only one in the whole surgery) my partner was prescribed the same medication that had zero effect on her in the first place and also to come back should the problem persist. Bearing in mind this was the second time she had been to the doctor for the same problem. Staff are extremely rude and obnoxious. I would not recommend this surgery to anybody looking to register and we will be seeking a new, better, more polite and more satisfying surgery than this dump. Looking to take this complaint further also.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment,if you phone for an on the day appointment you get a recored message by the time you get through appointments are gone.i made a routine appointment as suggested by the miserable secretary this was for 3weeks time,when you do get to see the doctor that do there best to hurry you out I had to ask her to look at my notes.None of the doctors read the notes.they should stop taking New patients until they can give the ones they have the care that deserve.I have been at this practice for 25 year the last 3 it's a waste of time.I am currently looking at other surgerys in the area I Will do checks before signing up until then I won't bother going.
