I have never had a problem with getting to see a doctor if I have any concerns about my health, obviously there probably is a delay if you ask to see a specific doctor. Recently I required a doctors note so that I could see a specialist via my private healthcare, I was given an appointment for the next day. I have a regular appointment that I have in the treatment room, recently I had a slight nightmare where I turned up 40 minutes early for my appointment. I was sure my appointment was for 08:30am, however, when I arrived I was told it was 09:00am. Whoops. Sister Milroy missed her early morning cup of tea when she arrived at the surgery so that she could see me much earlier than I was scheduled in for. The staff at the surgery will go out of their way to help when possible, I appreciate what they do, especially since taking on many more patients due to another surgery in Caversham closing.

Suggested improvements
There is only thing that I have a negative comment about, is the voice which you hear when you initially call the surgery, and then the voice 'you are caller number *#* in the queue' whilst waiting to speak to Reception, I think they sound very unhappy. If you're not feeling very well, listening to those voices doesn't make it any better!
