I would like to commend the expert care and professionalism of Caroline, who I saw recently at the surgery. She responded calmly and professionally when it turned out the appointment was not what she had expected and informed me about the procedure clearly and thoroughly, including appropriate media for illustration. She performed the procedure with reassuring expertise, and afterwards made sure I understood what I needed to do to ensure minimum further impact on me and what I could expect by way of side-effects. I can't recommend her more highly.
