I find this surgery gives excellent care. All the staff are very competent, good listeners and good explainers. The new nurse NMP deserves a special mention as she seems very skilled and has a great manner. My only minor gripe is there is no confidentiality at the desk so if you want to ask for something personal like an appt to have a coil you are best to phone.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback it is a valuable resource in identifying areas for improvement. We appreciate all the positive comments and have looked at our options with regard to privacy at the desk, we are very restricted in what we can offer, but now have a small area around the side where conversations can take place in a more confidential setting. If you prefer to use this area, please inform reception staff at the desk and they will take you around to the small window at the side to continue your conversation.
