Over 130 phone calls between 8 am and 9 am and lines are still busy.
What a waste of time. Who works there?
How to make an appointment between 8 and 9when no one answered my calls! Overbooked surgery which cares for numbers of registered patients so Gp's ! Can have high salaries providing crappy care! How someone can holistically care and treat patient with 10 min of appointment when you can talk about 1 problem at the time! that's the working standards of Somerset Gardens Family Centre
