I find it extremely difficult to get through on the phone to get an appointment! The phone is either Constantly engaged or just rings & rings!! If I finally do get through, I'm told the doctors are fully booked & I have to start the whole frustrating process, all over again!!! Certain things I would like to see the doctor about aren't emergencies, but you can't book for anything routine! In the end you just don't bother,because it's too much hassle!!
The pharmacy at the surgery is great though! The staff are extremely helpful & the repeat prescription & delivery services, are very helpful
