I attended the surgery last Tuesday, 21st July 2015 for my weekly blood test (I have to have six in total) and was again seen by Olivia, the Phlebotomist who undertook my blood test procedure. As I am a bit squeamish, I don't like blood tests but Olivia's expertise makes this procedure painless and quick. Olivia is always very pleasant, professional and friendly. Thank you Olivia.
